Cancellation Policy

Where Kolab and Kreate has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show), they will claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the terms of the service agreement with the participant. A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the participant:

1. does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or

2. has given less than two (2) clear business days’ notice for a support.

*If you receive services funded by the NDIS, please note, the fees are subject to change as per the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Credit Card Surcharge

Where we are not invoicing an organisation or third party, please note there is a 1.9% credit card surcharge for relevant transactions. Note you can also direct deposit your session fees upon receipt of our invoice.

NDIS

We are not a registered NDIS provider but we can provide services if you are self-managed or plan-managed. The fee is always in alignment with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

NDIS Service Agreements will be agreed with each NDIS Participant or their Plan Nominee upon intake to the service.

This includes assessments, goal setting, and tailored support for meaningful employment. We do not use this information for any other purpose without explicit consent.

3. Information Sharing: Kolab and Kreate maintains strict confidentiality standards. We do not disclose or share personal information with third parties unless required by law or authorised by the client. Collaboration with external parties for specific purposes will only occur with explicit consent.

4. Data Security: We employ advanced security measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Both electronic and physical records are stored securely, ensuring the utmost privacy and confidentiality.

5. Access and Correction: Clients have the right to access their personal information and request corrections. Any such requests can be made in writing. We are committed to promptly addressing any concerns regarding the accuracy of personal information.

6. Consent : Clients provide informed consent for the collection and use of their personal information before commencing rehabilitation counselling services. Clients have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

7. Retention Period : Personal information is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Following this period, information is securely disposed of or anonymised.

8. Updates to Privacy Policy: Kolab and Kreate may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or industry best practices. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
